To enable the extra options, click the "debug" button at the bottom of the screen. Then click anywhere on the screen, and new options buttons will appear on the left.

The ghost's clothes depend on what they wear the moment they become a ghost.

So, I'm replaying the game to see any bugs (other than some graphical ones, nothing really) and I noticed something; why is capt. Ceres the only ghost wearing clothes? Where or are her clothes an entity of their own?

This seems like an installation error. Try downloading the game and make sure you have enough space. The other errors are downloading errors.
