To enable the extra options, click the "debug" button on the screen's bottom. Then click anywhere on the screen, and new different options buttons will appear on the left.
There will also be an extra menu tab in the skills section of the game.

When you win against Glace, you will receive her armor. Equip the armor and fight regular monsters. When the meter is almost full to take over, transform into a Celestian. Then wait the battle and she will take over and finish the battle for you. This will make her learn the Celestian form. Other easter eggs include a new hairstyle for Nel when her compatibility is maximum and Cephrina becoming the body owner of Selena or Evie.
