Glace is usually my first pick, but I guess I'll go with Captain Ceres this time. I rather enjoy a hint of evil intent slowly cracking into a strong bond between two characters. I never really cared too much about Galiene until the Captain started strutting around as her and forcing her to take a step outside her comfort zone. Now that her and Celica know more about each other, Nel and Captain aren't completely necessary for me to see them as a great couple. I do feel a bit bad for Evie in all this, since she's kinda been left in emotional turmoil, but Nel takes good care of her at least. Also, quickly loving the first mate also taking Celica's body. More Celica ghost content please! I love the idea that she has this super powerful ancestry, yet she is the least compatible person with her own body! Actually...voting for Penelope now that I think about it.
