To enable the extra options, click the "debug" button on the screen's bottom. Then click anywhere on the screen, and new different options buttons will appear on the left.
There will also be an extra menu tab in the skills section of the game.

One IS there, when i put the language on french, i Can see some russian word on the Android version (menu and strings)

Cool, I plan on restarting my game again to see if I can find any new bugs.
