Download the game from https://townofmagic.itch.io/town-of-magic-patreon/patreon-access. Extract the game to an empty directory and try loading your save. The game version on the title screen should be v0.63.013

how to update the game? i redownload the game but event still 100% and clothe store not update new costume

aha, in the most recent updates, I had renpy error messages (the grey screen) when I fought her. Good to know, I'll try that.
