Before and After

Right away I added the a better highlight to my right eye using the stamp tool. That made all the difference because it looked soulless before that LOL I used the burn tool to brighten up both eyes--the problem with brown eyes is they always look dark in photos unless you shine a light directly in them LOL
I did my usual skin retouching and smoothing. The dark circles under my eyes were extra dark since I hadn't slept yet! xD
I fixed up the tattoo a bit using the stamp tool and healing brush.
I change the lighting/exposure and color saturation just a little bit.
The last change I made was my lips! The makeup I used wasn't the best, so even though it looked okay and more of a rounded shape like Brigitte's had in house lighting, in the actual sunlight the overdrawn part got lost by looking too glossy and a lighter color than the rest. I used the healing brush and liquify tool to fix it and reshape it back to where the overdrawn part should've been better seen (I need to buy matte lipstick).
