Changed the sky into a storm sky with lightning with an image found via pixabay.
My one wing was hidden exactly behind the hat .-. So I copied the other wing, flipped it and added it to that side then used the liquify tool to fix the end of the highest wing "blade".
Added fog with render->clouds and adding a photo of clouds (I have some old saves or clouds with a transparent background).
Added a bit of glow to the orange part of the wings.
Added skin shadows & highlights and smoothing. Also removed the part of the corset showing with the stamp and healing tool.
Changed my eye color by duplicating the layer and adjusting the hue/saturation until the eyes appeared blue. Then created a mask so just the eyes show.
Added a cobweb to the corner using a picture found on pixabay.
