๐ I'm so happy you are here in our safe space! I'm so proud of you, always. I love love you! How are you REALLY doing, bestie? Mentally and physically? I know I haven't been very present in the comments lately....I promise you I read everything and wait every month to check in and see how things are shifting for you in a different time. My anxiety becomes so crippling I can't reach out, or respond well to anyone. I end up in bed isolating, wishing I could get out of it for just a moment. I know that way sound silly....anyway, I just want you to know I genuinely care with all of my person. Thank you for always being with me.

I love u mads! Iโm sorry about your sleep apnea I know that is tough! 34 times a night is TOUGH for someone your size. Definitely rare. My dad has had obstructive sleep apnea for 20 years and heโs reached the point where he wakes up or has (apneas) 58 times an hour. So yeah itโs been extremely tough for our family. I hope you find something that works for you or a sleep mask to help flow your oxygen! Love you I hope you have a great day. ๐
