Unfortunately that means that I haven’t been able to gain much, or make much new content because I’ve not been well.
I’ve lost a bit of weight, and am definitely focused on trying to regain it through the holidays and new year, while keeping my wellness top of mind.
I have some older content from my higher weights earlier this year, if you guys would like to see it let me know and I’m more than happy to share. :) happy holidays everyone!
