This piece may look simple but it was definitely one of the harder ones for me! I probably could've saved some time referencing 3D models here haha... maybe some other time
The low angle alone was difficult to pull off but I also ended up drawing her arms in several different poses, having trouble deciding which was best. Arms and hands matter a huge amount in erotic art (though I guess every body part does...). I usually want the character to look helpless but not completely passive, so the arms make all the difference.
I also drew another angle of the merman's head. I thought an upright posture would make him look more intimidating but it wasn't the right vibe after all. It's better that he leans in a bit closer to her... not for sentimental reasons, but it makes him look more focused. It's important to him to fuck this woman properly
