here is my timed reaction to a nightmare on elm street!! i REALLY enjoyed this movie, more than i thought i would! i wonder if the sequels and so on are worth a watch too??

The sequels are great, the character of Freddy Krueger just gets better and better. In this movie he is a little muted and more "scary". He will always be intimidating, but the performance and dialogue for him is impecable. Robert Englund gives full life to him. Other horror characters like Jason or Michael Meyers dont get that opportunity.
