hey, this build is amazing but im having issues with it constantly throwing a forever loading screen and causing glitches on the lot. do you know any way to make it less glitchy? im considering just deleting a bunch of cc because im assuming thats what it is.

I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I downloaded everything per the page and for some reason over half my shelves are empty. I see the items in game..they just aren’t showing up on the shelves. Could there be something else I’m doing wrong?

hello :) I would recommend to download all the things cause you’re shelfs would be empty and some stuff would be missing. The links from the creator's is to show which stuff they got from them. You just have to download the part 'download tray files + included cc' then u have everything from the creator that’s in this build, and of course the cc they're not included cause of the missing part i wrote above. I hope i helped u.

Hiii!!!! I love this build so so so much, the detail is amazing! But I do have two questions, do I need to download everything from the cc list and the downloads at the bottom? And two when I click on some of the links in the cc list they just take me to the creator's page. Any help with that? Thank you and this is truly amazing.

sometimes the content in your library will appear by the date it was last saved and not by the latest added into your game. try searching "target" or by my origin id "simcrests"

hey! the lot should appear in your library and make sure to select the "include custom content" option. all package files go into your mods folder and the items in the tray folder go into your tray.

How do I find the lot to place? Do I need to take everything out of their files and place in my MOD folder? Or can they just stay in their file in my MOD folder?

hey! make sure to download the patreon attachments as well, the cup is in the “exclusive” cc zip. and as long as everything else is installed and showing correctly, the missing items can be ignored as it’s probably overrides or something that isn’t necessary for this lot!

the game is saying I am missing 15 items and I have downloaded everything from the cc list and put the tray file in. I can not find the tall water bottle without the handle is there cc not listed here?

omg total user error, was unaware of how tray files worked lmao. But i got everything downloaded and placed on a lot and it is STUNNING!! omg the DETAIL and work you put in!! This is phenomenal and I'm so so excited to play with it

Just woow, thank you for this amazing building and for sharing with us!! Unfortunately I have a problem.. when placing the lot the shelves are all empty even though I downloaded all the cc and put it in my mods folder. Do you have an idea why this happens?

ah i see! i havent had much experience with unowned retail lots so i didnt know you had to be so involved aha! i tried to look it up before coming here but couldnt fing anything :/ i'll go ahead and manually set everything up then, thanks you for replying! ♡♡

hii thank you!!! 🤍 have you manually assigned the uniforms? unfortunately retail lots don’t work the same as restaurants where they auto assign :(

hii! first I absolutely love this build! you did such an amazing job with it and i cannot wait to use it! I'm having a problem with the uniforms, for some reason the employees are not wearing them when they show up to the lot, do you know why this might be happening?

I downloaded all the files you have for this specific CC but I'm not understanding how to get this specific build. I tried the gallery but I'm just not seeing anything :(
