The humor holds up, the story is engrossing. These animal actors were also very impressive. I imagine it's not easy to film an entire movie around animals who have no idea they are in a movie.

I know I've become a softie in my old age, but damned if I didn't cry like 4 times during this movie! These were insanely great animal actors! I'm always very impressed when you see great animal actors like Jed the wolf dog or Bart the bear, who was the grizzly in this movie, or the dog in Prey.
