It could be your anti virus software is very harsh to incoming files ? Double check maybe disable it temporarily and then redownload x

You can only put .package files in your mods folder. You have to unzip the files with winrar and put the packages in your mods folder. I zipped them because they are 2 files for the bra+panty lingerie ^^
