Totally agree with you — this album really feels like a mix of her Flux, I Disagree, and Negative Spaces influences. She did say in an interview that she made this album focusing on the songs she enjoyed performing the most from the last album. I like Negative Spaces, but I think I enjoy Empty Hands far more. I’m seeing that public opinion is really divided.
