I love that majestic, heart on sleeve music is still being released in 2022. Especially when the quality is so high as on the Gang of Youths and Black Country New Road albums and even on the new Arcade Fire and Marillion albums.
In my opinion, the Harlow record especially deserves criticism. It feels like an attempt at a 2016-present era drake album with sleepy verses and hooks. And, as you always say, if you have something to say, you’ll review it. Let’s hear it!
