Hey Nicky, thanks very much for this. Unfortunately it's too laggy to run on Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit), MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X 10.11.6, 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3. Do you have any recommendations on different browsers / browser settings? I notice it runs a lot faster when the window size is reduced but then it's too small to read all of the text and perform the simulation. Thanks!

I also didn't even notice the grayed out controls on the left, only the "secret" on the right. I should've figured it out (and edited my comment before you replied).
