IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

About a week an a half ago I had a pretty bad health episode, I couldn't breath and I felt like having a heart attack in any moment, I checked with 4 doctors, it's nothing life threating fortunately.
They said I had high preassure because of my diet high on salt mixed with stress, but because I had that bad of an episode I also had a crisis were I couldn't be alone because I had fear of sleeping and never waking up again and the episode returned.
In the last few days I was living some family and recently I could sleep alone for the first time.
DON'T WORRY, I'M CURRENTLY OK, I'm still recovering and doing therapy and I'll continue to work, BUT I'll be doing some changes for my own health. I'll be doing 10 pictures every month, but I decided to be open to requests, I'll be posting a poll to see if you want to add request or if you want to keep the current schedule. Please people, DON'T EAT MEAL WITH HIGH DOSIS OF SALT OR PORK IF YOU DON'T WORK OUT.
Hope you all started the year with the right foot, and I hope 2021 change for the better and can be a better year to all of us. take care
