Animation Test - Suggestions Needed!

Basically, it was a successful attempt to replicate a sort of bloomed, Cel-shaded look that was used frequently in the promotional artwork for Wind Waker HD. And I'm curious if it can be applied to an animation as well. So for this reason, while I finish up most of the todo-list from last month, I'd like to hear any ideas you all might have for this test-animation, something short and sweet, probably a loop, maybe a minute long, maximum, if I feel I can make it work.
I'd suggest sticking with the theme of using Medli for it, just because she's good for the style, but any suggestions should be made, I'll happily hear all of them.
