Hi can you let me know if you have any issues with kiwi website? For the last week on and off now off its glitches and cuts to the refresh the page was not available. This is when I was trying to put background in the chat. Now I don't bother trying as it goes black the screen also.

Sorry I didn't get notification for this. No I am not going to get refund I'm happy to pay you always have been. It's saying this in response to me exporting then trying to import the same file: Failed to import database. Error; The operation failed for reasons unrelated to the database itself and not covered by any other error code. UnknownError: The operation failed for reasons unrelated to the database itself and not covered by any other error code. The issue was no background upload or any picture library just nothing at all works for the background roleplay only on Firefox. This only happened last week of December. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall same thing. It works perfectly fine on kiwi and chrome only Firefox.

I can refund if you want 😊. As I said in the post, you could cancel and simply use the extension without activating. How many errors are there? Background not showing up or giving error? And characters not importing? Maybe the content of the character is filtered.

I still paid but that's okay it's just I've thought you where working on update but it's not but definitely not working background on my Firefox it's saying unknown error for importing my back up of my character etc with tools.

So it's working on everything but Firefox Android extension I can't get backgrounds at all I've removed it then added it again still nothing. It's working on Chrome so it's not the issue there. It just stopped middle of December but I thought you was doing an update.

It won't give me the upload link or add picture and I have no catalogue of my previous pictures either. I thought you was doing a update and that's what you meant by the 15th of January so I didn't ask you about it.

I've been trying for ages to find an extension that allows editing the C.ai home screen but to no avail. If you could add a feature to customize the layout, background, or even just the text of the C.ai home screen, it would set you apart from other extensions like Rinine.
