Merry Halloween Eve! The last vote I ran strongly suggested that y'all are missing having multi-chapter works to enjoy. I had a few chapters of stuff to introduce Fiona's unique ability and some fun sexy ideas that I was dying to put down. Also, this little series I'm gonna do with her ties into one, possibly two, of my larger projects, so you'll have a lot of fun once you see where it goes.
I've been told that this chapter pulls off a very good Halloween vibe. Enjoy! <3
Now able to turn into a busty hung herm tiger fox, Fiona's got a new verve for life. Her first night of partying since she gained this ability is a Halloween rave at a club down the street. Unfortunately for her, she meets a hot girl at the rave that makes controlling her transformation impossible. But that's the least of her worries because she also discovers she has a terrifying superpower that she barely understands.
Read this first chapter in a new adventure that will tie into one of my most loved series in surprising ways. And if this chapter isn't hot enough, the next one is sure to blow your socks off.
Ghosting Through Life - Chapter 1

The street lights had turned on an hour ago and the streets were alive with trick-or-treaters, chaperoned by parents and older siblings. Robots made of tinfoil and boxes, fairies with bright colored dresses and sparkly wings, Spongebob and Pokemon characters, and a whole family dressed up as characters from "The Incredibles." The tightly-packed, colorful, historic, two-story homes on this brick-lined boulevard were decked out for Halloween. Many had eerie lighting, skeletons, spider webs, or tombstones. As I crossed the intersection to another block, I caught sight of a spooky undersea display, complete with an old diving suit made out of ducting and duct tape, with a shower floor drain cage for the viewing port.
My costume was nowhere near that level. I was wearing black dragon horns, some punk jewelry with lots of spikes, red demon-eye contacts, purple makeup on all my exposed skin, a pointy purple devil tail, and the same slutty French maid outfit Berry had worn when we first had sex. I was going for French Maid Turned Succubus, but I wasn't sure anyone would get it.
One block later, the trick-or-treaters had thinned out and adults were out to play. The bar on the corner with a neon martini glass above the entrance had a line of zombies waiting to get in. Most of their costumes weren't very elaborate, but a couple of them looked like their insides were falling out and I grimaced as I walked past. Then I saw my goal: Thescalene.
As I stepped off the curb to cross the street, my left black leather boot came off and I tumbled sideways.
A guy dressed as a 1950s flight attendant caught me, saying, "Whoa there."
"Thanks." I looked at my boot, finding that the laces were still tied. Had it been loose? I tried to get my foot back in it, but there was no way it would fit.
"You okay?"
"I think so." Having to unlace my boot to get it on again, I had to wait for the next light before I could cross the street.
The sign above the main door for "Thescalene" was made out of razor-sharp, glowing green and pink letters with a thin triangle cutting through them. There was a small line of people waiting to get in and wow were some of them attractive. A woman who was pulling off punk way better than I was had purple dreadlocks and tits that I wanted to bury my face in. Her date was a hunky guy who was in a fireman costume and had the iconic fireman build to match. Just behind them was a short woman who was overweight, but carried it beautifully, and had knockers that were so incredible they probably summoned sex demons when they were bared. Her date was a taller woman who looked like a supervillain because she was so lanky and yet strong. They were both dressed like Mad Max: Fury Road bikers and that made them even hotter.
I was glad I hadn't gone out in my herm tiger fox hybrid form because my libido was insatiable when I was in my ideal body and I'd be making a very noticeable tent in my short skirt. Two weeks was way too little time for me to learn how to control myself and I hoped being in my boring human form would help me enjoy a night as a healthy young single woman without incident.
Waiting in line, I had to keep looking away from the punk woman's butt. Her shorts were so short that I could see the bare curve of her ass. My black-and-white-striped thigh-high socks weren't offering much more protection from the Antarctic, late-October-air than her fishnet stockings. Her date was wearing the sluttiest fireman pants I'd seen. They were the right color and everything, but they stuck to him like glue, showing off a muscular ass that could probably launch silver dollars ten feet into the air when it flexed. Oof, my whole body was starting to tingle. I needed to cool my head or my panties were going to be wet the whole night and that could make dancing a bit uncomfortable.
After the wiry-muscled bouncer checked their IDs and then let them in, I had a much easier time waiting in line. When I got up to the bouncer, I tried to hand him my ID card, my hand tingled like it was asleep and my ID card fell to the ground. The bouncer and I reached down for it at the same time, but he stopped right before we knocked heads. My card and the ground below it had this odd, cornstarch-like texture. I stared right through the space my hand should've been occupying. It was gone and the area below it was spattered with droplets of the purple body paint I'd put on!
As I gasped in surprise, my hand was suddenly there again, covered in tiger-striped fur. The fur disappeared as I finally grabbed my card, wondering if I'd somehow been dosed with LSD. As I handed him my card, I had this prickly feeling down the back of my neck. Something about what I'd just experienced just didn't feel right.
"Fiona? Where've you been, girl?" He handed my ID back with a big smile, his light brown eyes looking almost like copper.
I sighed, trying to hide the fact I'd completely forgotten his name. "Where do I even start? It's been a while."
"Been a while? Been a while?!" He narrowed his eyes. "Check your calendar once in a while. It's been at least two years."
"It's been a rough two years, honestly."
"Two years without partying? No wonder it's been rough."
The concentric-triangle-patterned black and silver door to the club opened before another bouncer waved toward me.
"I promise I'll make up for those two years tonight." I started walking toward the door.
"Maybe only one year. If you try for two, you might explode." He laughed.
I laughed, waving bye to him and he waved back. Then I was through the door and headed down the stairs. The ceiling leading down was full of thin triangles made out of LED strips in lime green, yellow, and hot pink, but as I got to the bottom, they shifted to orange and purple. A giant cobweb with a plush blue whale caught in it hung above the bar, which was far off to my left. Right next to it was the hallway that led to the kitchen, bathrooms, and back rooms. Directly in front of me was a huge dance floor and with Foiled Again in the DJ booth dressed as a bat complete with wings that came up from her back. On her face was a fencing mask where the mesh was made out of a network of LED strips. It was pulsing like a heartbeat, waves of purple and orange crashing across it. Her visualization display looked like a bunch of monitors piled on each other, coming out at odd angles, some of them with a fencing foil stabbed into them and providing glitchy graphics.
The dysfunctional, cyberpunk look to her display fit with the vibe of this dance perfectly and the song she was playing had a synth line that sounded like a chainsaw going after a pile of soda cans. I was in the mood to dance instantly, finding the bass line and bouncing on my feet. The crowd on the dance floor was testing the durability of their costumes with their gyrations as I found a place amongst them.
A woman in Holstein-cow-patterned overalls with a big nose ring and cow tag earrings danced right up toward me. We danced closer and closer as I admired the size of her tits, the curve of her hips, and motherly farmgirl build. Grabbing my hips, she guided me in tango-like, hip-leading-hip movements that felt like a pickup line in dance form.
I put my leg between hers during the next song, which had a very sharp kick amongst the rest of the percussion. Rolling her hips, she rubbed her crotch against my leg and I blushed deep red under my makeup. The thick fabric of her overalls made it hard to figure out what she had between her legs, but I noticed her mound and something extra in front of it that I couldn't figure out for sure. Something about it got my snatch tingling and I was glad I didn't have my cock because my skirt was way too short for me to be making tents in it.
After that song ended, we danced separately to cool off, but it was not to be, at least for tonight, because a slender woman with a busty beach bod butted in between us and managed to woo her with her superior curves.
Knowing I'd have gotten the girl when I was all furry and hung, I let it slide. Okay, I had no idea whether she'd freak out when she saw me in my hybrid form. I wasn't ready to catch hookups at a rave just yet, anyway. Plus, sometimes being patient got you the date. For all I knew, Mrs. Beach Bum was a jerk and I'd be consoling the hot cowgirl at the bar later. At least, if romcoms had any bearing on what happened in real life.
I grimaced. I knew literally nothing about dating women. It'd been less than a month since I discovered I was into them and the only ones I'd had sex with had both sets of parts. I danced more subdued to the next couple songs, even though it was some hard-hitting, industrial dubstep. I seriously needed to find a herm hybrid girlfriend. Berry and Maria were the best sex partners I'd ever had by leagues and leagues. Plus, I didn't have to worry about them losing their shit when they saw me transform.
The fireman and the punk woman I'd seen waiting to get in left the dance floor, headed toward the bar and restrooms. I waved at the guy to try and get their attention, but in all the flashing lights and bouncing bodies, he didn't notice me. As I turned around, the cow woman was back!
When she got to me, she leaned in and spoke loudly to be heard over the music. "That woman was both rude and hard to get rid of."
"I thought I'd lost you."
"Not a chance." She put her leg between mine and ran her hands down my sides. "I haven't gotten your number yet."
She was at least six inches taller than me, her hands were strong, and her thighs were thick. I moaned, shuddering as I rubbed my mound on the area just above her knee. She pulled our fronts together and I felt her full breasts bounce against mine as we danced. We weren't doing a good job at dancing, but we were doing a great job at being thirsty lesbians. My blood started running hot, my nipples swelling to life along with my clit. When she took her leg away, she grabbed my hips and pressed our pelvises together. Then she leaned down to kiss me, letting me come the rest of the way. I pressed my lips against hers, feeling her lip gloss and my makeup smear on each other's faces.
This is what I'd wanted deep down, and now that I had it, I felt like one of those early steelworkers standing on a girder hundreds of feet off the ground with only their sense of balance to keep them from plummeting to their doom. The way my clit was digging into my panties meant that it was getting longer and the surge of prickly electricity across my whole body told me that transformation magic was just below the surface. Controlling my breathing and forcing her to pace our making out kept it at bay, but it became a real challenge when her fingers reached down and cupped my crotch. I moaned into her mouth, thrusting my hips as my clit got big enough that it was obviously pressing into the palm of her hand. She paused briefly, pulling away from the kiss to look at me with wide eyes. I grinned proudly as if to say, "Yep, I am that special!"
She rubbed my clit, rolling it in her palm before biting my neck. I screeched loud enough to be just barely heard over the music, but I still held onto my transformation, knowing if I just breathed and kept relaxed, I'd make it through. But my hubris was short-lived because the computer-controlled spotlights managed to pass right over me and in that moment, I felt very funny. Before, the urge to transform had been like wanting a chocolate bar after having a good meal. Something I wanted, but I could just get a little nibble and that would be enough. Now it felt like one of those moments where my body was puppeteering me, like when I grabbed a too-hot handle, or when my foot got caught on something, combined with being at the mercy of a force of nature.
But even though I knew it was impossible, I still tried to hold back for a few seconds longer, gritting my teeth and clenching my fists. A spotlight lingered on me and I was suddenly back in that room with Maria and the lantern and I felt that pull on my face and tailbone, like I was falling into a black hole and being reshaped by its gravity. Fuck, I was going to destroy my outfit and my chances with this girl.
My nose got pushed into my face as my jaws were drawn forward, my tailbone put pressure on my panties, my tits started to run out of space in my bra, and my leg muscles bulged in my thigh-highs. The prickle of fur growing started above my belly button and spread in every direction while my clit grew inches longer and I got a familiar ache in my abdomen. I came, thrusting my hips as I wet my panties, a new clit forming as my original one moved forwards to make room, thickened, lengthened, and got a sheath at the base.
Her body was pressed up against mine, her mouth right next to my reshaping ears. "Are you a werewolf?" She traced a finger on the underside of my muzzle as it pressed out.
"No, I'm a were-thiger-fthox." I fought my lengthening tongue and the music, speaking as loud as I could.
Holding me close, she grabbed my penis, and then felt the fleshy sac forming underneath it along with the lips of my pussy. "Interesting." She was talking to herself, but a brief lull in the music let me hear her.
"Interesting good? Bad?" The music swallowed my questions whole.
Letting go of me and stepping back, she looked me up and down. She had that scrunched-up look of someone who was trying to solve quantum gravity all at once.
Now that her body was no longer hiding me, three people in gothic rave attire, and a couple dressed as Aladdin and Jasmine, were looking on in shock. Two of the three goths just started laughing because they were high as kites.
I gasped as my panties and bra got far too tight and pussy juice streamed down my inner thighs, soaking the fur that had just grown in on my legs. My mind was racing, even though the cow woman had only been staring at me for a few seconds, all my fears were bubbling up to the surface. Did she not know how she felt about herms or hybrids? Would she reject me? I didn't know if I could handle it if she did. Not just emotionally, it was taking all my will to stay standing and I couldn't get out of the middle of this crowd on my own.
"Please help me get out of here!" I reached out my hand toward her, my eyes begging.
Her brow softened and she looked for an opening in the crowd. Then she reached out, took my hand, and tried to pull me in the direction of the bar. I stumbled, paw pads and claws forming on my feet as my tail stretched the waistband of my panties until it popped over the top. The ache in my abdomen, my balls, were now moving down the front of my pussy and I was trying to walk while an arresting tide of pleasure rose inside me.
The urge to push my balls into their sac caused me to hunch over and I grunted as I did just that. She tugged on my hand, but I just started falling forward. As she caught me, I pushed again, as hard as I could, my entire body shivering and my thighs getting soaked by my pussy. In her arms, I pushed one last time, my balls popping into their home and swelling larger as I orgasmed so hard the pawpads on my feet burned. My prick thickened, lengthened, got dragon barbs and ridges along with a knot at the base. As my tail pressed out and my panties ripped, I felt fur grow in to cover places that were still uncovered. My boots were so tight I was worried my feet would be injured by my own claws, my thigh-high socks were splitting open, and my blouse and bra were so tight it was hard to breathe.
As I stood up, her eyes jumped between my muzzle and my French maid skirt as it was hiked up by my huge length. Everyone looked far more taken aback than her. People were pointing at me as a wave of awareness about my current state spread like a ripple across the dance floor. My arms felt like someone had put lidocaine patches all over them, but far stranger than that, like a hot spicy version of lidocaine. It was a heavy numbness with chaotic sparks of sensation that came out of nowhere.
Snapping herself out of her stupor, she tried to grab my hand, but her hand passed right through mine. Neither of my hands were there, my sleeves were just dangling as if there were no arms in them. I screamed, trying to move my arms, trying to see them. My sense of where they should be and the sensation of moving them were there, but other than an itch right after the shoulder where the fabric of my sleeves was dangling, I felt nothing. The spicy lidocaine sensation spread throughout my chest and neck and then shot down to my legs and feet. My clothes fell off of me as if I wasn't there and when the sensation made it to my head the world faded to the pitch black of an open void. My heart pounded, disrupting the slight numbness throughout my body as I fell, the floor under me feeling like a thick cornstarch solution. I didn't want to get stuck in the floor, I wanted to know how my first hookup with another girl was going to go!
Instantly, my focus caused me to rise from the floor like a rubber ducky released underwater. I left the floor briefly before plopping back onto it. My lungs started to burn and I tried to breathe but there was no air. Whatever was going on had to stop. I had to stop it. I needed...air. I had to breathe!
The numbness flashed into full sensation, the world and my body were visible again. I was naked, half-hard, and had half the dancefloor's attention. Embarrassment hit me like twenty tons of TNT and I looked toward the direction of the bathrooms, feeling like I needed to cry. To just break down and bawl while my prospective date comforted me. But I knew we weren't there yet, we'd just met. My cowgirl reached for my hand as I grabbed my clothes off the floor. Setting my jaw, I decided I was going to get to that bathroom no matter what. As my determination flared, my clothes fell out of my hand and the world went dark again.
FUCK! What the fuck?! Why? I stomped my feet in frustration. My eyes felt like crying, but no tears were coming out. I'd either die or reappear still naked in the middle of that crowd. NO! I'd had enough embarrassment in my lifetime. I'd had enough of whatever freaky shit was going on. I started running in the direction I knew the restrooms were in. I felt like I was running through clouds with molasses branches throughout them. No, those were bones. The shapes I was passing through, a torso, an arm, a foot, someone's entire side: I was going through the people on the dance floor. My stomach turned upside down. Had I lost my mind? Had someone injected me with every hallucinogen known to man without me noticing? Were the people I was passing through okay? Was I a blind ghost now?
Soon something more substantial was in my way and I pressed through it even though it was as thick and viscous as the floor. Though, unlike the floor, it wasn't uniform and felt like there were tiny spaces between the hard spots that...they had to be bricks!
My lungs were burning, the numbness was getting painful, I needed to reappear. The sickly choking sensation of drowning got me gasping for breath and stumbling. I "fell" through another brick wall and tripped through another. I dropped onto my knees, my lungs, my whole body on fire. Curling into the fetal position and too weak to resist gravity's pull, I slowly sunk into the concrete below me, in the pitch black dark of the void. It wasn't hot or cold, there was no airflow, there was no sound, only touch. All I could perceive was being swallowed by the earth.
I cried without tears, I screamed without air, and thrashed in the quicksand-like expanse of concrete below me.
Then, as my awareness receded into a pinpoint of sensation, colors swirled in my vision, exactly like what I'd seen from the lantern that transformed me. One word popped into my head: remember. The sensation of pushing on the floor to resist falling into it, the spark of determination that got me to reappear the first time, and the way the numbness had been pushed out of me from the center of my chest to the rest of me. In the moment, I'd been too distracted to notice, but reliving the memory, I had every detail. Another word: Yes. I focused on that point and remembered the sensation of reappearing. A flash and I was suddenly being spit out of the floor as I reappeared, flying a couple feet into the air before landing on solid ground and hearing a couple alarmed gasps. I exhaled hard when I hit the floor and then took deep, heaving breaths as tears streamed down my face, my eyes blinking in the dim overhead light. My whole body was shaking violently as the terror of what I'd just been through held me firmly in its grasp.
Where the hell was I?

You've reminded me of something I very much need to fix. The story that started this series is "A beacon of change"
laserpointer4
so I tried starting from chapter 1 and like... it still feels like I was missing context?
