Drawing preggo ver isn't suitable for some pose. and main reason i don't make alt version is... most of my works are done in single layer... so It's kinda hard for me to draw alt. lol

Your work is so good! Have you ever thought of making preg/non-preg alts of your work here on Fanbox? I would love to see a heavily pregnant alt of something like this.
