Skimmer cars allow small teams to more quickly cross the sandy flats of the wastes and even over water while retaining their ability to be customized as needed. Parts are readily available and relatively cheap, but always in danger of succumbing to shoddy craftmanship.
World Builder Patrons have access to layered art files that contain all of the front and rear variant parts as well as layers that allow for easy recoloring with instructions.
