That's how it seems to go. You propose a rule and it falls flat. Just one of the ways fate messes with humorists of all stripe.

I really feel like my comment a few weeks ago about treating these out-of-context lines as taglines for the comic has... not aged well. Basic Instructions: After Going To The Bathroom just makes me question everything.
