At our bar we wrapped up the left over lost and found items and lottery tickets. Rule on xmas, take one gift as you leave. You cannot open it here and you must take it home. You could get a beautiful gold necklace, a million dollar lottery ticket, or a dirty glove. Merry Christmas!!!

I used to eat lunch at the place downstairs from my office maybe 3 times a week, kind of a hippie food buffet, kind of expensive but I loved it. Probably once a month the guy who ran it would intercept me at the checkout and say "no charge today man, thanks for being a regular." Definitely gave me the warm fuzzies and probably netted out positive for him in repeat business
