VINTAGE CON SKETCHES: EMPOWERED illos circa 2012, pt.5
🕑 Added 2021-07-16 13:01:07 +0000 UTC2012 was, for the most part, the last year I was still doing these drawn-at-home commissions, so enjoy a final few high-quality pieces as I close out this folder, folks!
The pieces are all pretty self-explanatory, so I'll save myself a precious few minutes of worktime by eschewing commentaries this time out. Feel free to add your own comment(arie)s below, though; for example, which one is your favorite? (The Spooky one is my fave, BTW.)
UPDATE: As I've done the last few months, I'm taking off the next week from Patreon art posting in order to A) restock my ever-dwindling buffer of posts; B) attempt to make some g-d progress on Empowered vol.12; and C) maybe get in an art-req sketch set or two.
Howeva, I'm hoping to post a lil' something on the interactive, poll-based front over the week off; stay tuned, needless to say.
In the near future, I'm also considering switching to an every-week Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday posting schedule instead of taking a week off every month, which would probably mean shuffling and randomizing post types rather than having a fixed format; more on this matter later.

Love the Yohko cosplay. Emp, my favorite hero, cosplaying as one of my favorite anime gals. The high contrast images are really neat. It's not a style I see very often in comic art, but then, you are one of the few comic artist to work in black-and-white.
