Life drawings from photoreference: high-res scans #113
🕑 Added 2021-06-14 13:00:03 +0000 UTCOnce again, I'm doubling up with this week's set of life drawings from random photoref. First above is a set from November 2017 (this time drawn on toned paper stock), followed by an April 2017 set of quicker gesture drawings rather than the more detailed, rendering-oriented sets typically sketched for these exercises.
Note that we've crossed an important threshold with these Monday posts—both sketch sets are dated from 2017, meaning that the end of my once-formidable buffer of life drawings is in sight, if still rather a long ways off, as I cranked out life drawings almost daily through that year. So, folks, I might need to switch to single-set posts at some point later on in 2021. Gasp!
Below, enjoy the higher-res, raw and untweaked grayscale scans as PSD attachments.
TOMORROW ON THIS HERE PATREON: Time for another Design Tuesday post (for the $3+ Patron tiers), I'd guess.

Ehh, because I schedule a whole month or two worth of life drawings at a time, I forgot that this was slotted to be an off week.

Very different visual texture on the first set.

I've been loving those drawings of track and field women athletes.
