Life drawings from photoreference: high-res scans #49
🕑 Added 2020-03-09 13:01:00 +0000 UTCYet again, I'm doubling up with this week's set of life drawings from random photoref. (Someday I'll have to downgrade to a single piece per post, but my buffer of these pieces remains reasonably large.) First above is a set from September 2018, while the second set is an example from January 2017, fairly early on in the effort.
Thought the Dave Stewart face worked out pretty well in the 2018 set...
....and I should say that "Bodies In Motion" is indeed a fine resource for life-drawing photoref:

I like the bodies in motion poses. The fragment of their bodies still clearly shows a couple gymnasts and a dancer. Dave Stewart looks quite recognizable although I think you dislike doing portraits.
