July's art request, for the $5 and $10 tiers!
🕑 Added 2019-07-10 11:04:31 +0000 UTCWellp, it's time to solicit some art requests from you fine folks in the two higher Patreon tiers! As before, down in the comments section below, feel free to suggest any characters, intellectual properties, or situations that you'd like to see me draw during the rest of the month, as time allows.
Note that I added the term "situations" above because these two tiers now receive weekly doses of "damsel in distress" commissioned artwork, so you "DiD" aficionados can feel free to add your suggestions along those lines. Alternatively, a nice fight scene would be a neat "situation" to address, come to think of it. Or a "love scene," really, as Lord knows I should probably get some practice in for Empowered vol. 12, a book which is definitely going to earn its shrinkwrapping and "MATURE READERS" label.
Speaking of the ol DiD, stand by for part two of Hushed Half-Elf tomorrow, as we meet the new character who's helped supercharge my interest in this admittedly goofy-ass premise. (Note that I wouldn't be averse to drawing characters from Half-Elf as art requests, either!)
During June, I had the time to tackle F**king Oyuki-chan from Livewires and Himiko Toga from My Hero Academia as Procreate sketch sets. July's gotta be a crowded month for me work-wise, but at least I'm not going to San Diego Comic-Con this year, which should open up a leeeetle bit of free time.

I'm taking this one back to Emp #1! How about Emp being so F#*(*&G upset over the whole damsel-in-distress deal that she recalls when Ninjette and her first met and after a night of drinking at a rock concert (I don't know, maybe Aerosmith) and (bearing a slight grudge from the whole affair) decides to repay 'Jette! Both could be wearing tight t-shirts, Emp's sporting tight leather jeans and heels, while 'Jette's rocking a short leather skirt and some boots... yeah, a bit of detail, but what the hell! It's summer and Aerosmith is in concert (though I didn't get a chance to see them...)
Rapunzel tied up with hair seems like an obvious pick. Or, some princesses having a "happily ever after;" could be a good excuse to test out drawing some ball gowns or something frilly.

Actually requesting a love scene, hoo-boy! If I had to throw down on something like that, I'd want to see my OT3, Thugboy, Emp, and Ninjette tbh. Though really, any interactions with them are pretty heart-warming, so I guess that's my vote for the month!

Gonna go a bit back to the end of the OG Gen 13 days and suggest a "love scene" with Fairchild and her beau Nate with the phantom limbs (which would prob look awesome with those colored pencils of yours). I know there was a some post "love scene" in-comic material done by the awesome Rick Mays but I always wondered how you would have tackled it yourself. :3
