2013 genderswapped IRON FIST con sketch, plus photoref
🕑 Added 2019-05-21 17:49:18 +0000 UTCNot much time for a post today as I do con prep for Phoenix FanFusion (May 23-26), but here's a con sketch from, I think, Toronto FanExpo 2013. This genderswapped illo of Marvel's Iron Fist is one of very few such pieces based on pjotoreference—in this case, a photo I took of a cosplayer at the same show, as seen below.
Not sure if I'll be able to post much to the Patreon while I'm traveling, so daily service might be interrupted for a bit. Then again, I kinda doubt that daily posting will be sustainable in the long run, especially 8-10 months down the road. (Hope that's not a deal breaker for anyone.)

My understanding from the complaints of others is that the phone app sucks hard for multi-image posts but it's OK for quick one-offs (I guess any creators reading should feel free to contradict me, especially if the situation has changed, or if there's a trick to it). Also the snapchat-alike Lens thingie might be fun for temp-posting con sketches? And leaves justification for posting them properly on the timeline later with commentary.
