its also a pun, since "kakoe-desu" sounds like cacoëthes
design is subject to change:
still not sure about the sleeves, the asymmetry looks a bit funky. i drew this this way because the pants were asymmetrical, so i felt the top should be as well. feel free to draw them even (both short/both long).
draft 1 from a few months ago.
i leaned real heavily into the R18 and caution symbolism.
the jacket was my favorite part, so ive kept something similar even in the latest iteration.
draft 2, more recent sketch.
pretty much the latest iteration.
this version has headphones, which ive replaced with pointy ears instead.
also, the long-sleeve arm looks like megaman's buster, which is unintentional and pretty funny.

She's cute! The asymmetry reminds me a lot of Mika Pikazo's art, I think it fits her well. Anyway, mind if we lewd her?

I like her! I agree the asymmetry looks a bit silly though. I think you should stick with natural symmetry on the clothes. I think taking the arm stripes from the jacket on her first draft would look pretty good! You could make them yellow or make them transparent like the skirt so it's not the only transparent part.
Floofy
Like what you did with the yellow straps on the first draft. The second ones look kinda goofy to me. Almost like your oc is wearing them backwards.

I am a big fan of any character that probably flashes their asshole every time they bend over.
