I don't know if SO will add such a variation later, but for now I'd like to see a painful NTR event. The most important thing in this scene is her tearful 'struggle', not wanting BF to get hurt.

Darn, so close. Ah well, the winner was a runner-up from a previous year I suppose, so I guess this is fair.
