🕑 Added 2022-02-07 23:35:49 +0000 UTCHi all, here's an update to fix a few bugs from 0.7.8:
Minor changes:
The main menu will show an error message if the attempt to load racedata.json fails.
Bugfixes:
Fixes to text issues. Thanks to Zab and Saint Destiny for reporting some of these.
Fixed an issue where custom npcs without a set race would not load. Thanks to Silne Veras and Rigel for flagging this up.
Fixed a bug loading the racedata json file which meant the default was always being used even if the player had changed the file.
Thanks to everyone who flagged up problems in the last version!

On the 078b, I suddenly get an error on startup: "Error loading /home//raceData.json raceData.json (No such file or folder) Default race data will be used." I'm on Linux, and it looks like the .jar file refers out of its own folder and several steps up to look for a file? There's no other apparent issue, other than the annoyance from the error message on every startup.

Typo: Lesbian Date, inviting date back to apartment and has partner who likes you sleeping around: "You inviteCassandra to come home with you, text Allan to let him know you'll need the flat to entertain the guest, and head back with her." Should be: "You invite Cassandra to come home with you..."

Typo: Lesbian Date, date sleeps over, react cutely: "Giggling to yourself, you kiss Cassandra on the cheekd and then, before anything more can happen, hide beneath the bedsheets." Should be: "...you kiss Cassandra on the cheeks and then..."
