You can try making the character fairy-like and have them interact with other characters of normal size, or you can make more changes to the outfit, it doesn't have to follow the original design exactly

Hey, here are my two cents: - crossover of different characters (e.g. Mavis x Violet) - have characters have sex with each other, masturbating, licking etc. - maybe include special sex toys or BDSM - switch testicles, give one char a dick/vagina and the other way arround - try different clothes like fantasy stuff, very tight or very leger, comfy stuff
