A lot has happened in the past few days, therefore I decided to create this post and put everything here rather than creating individual posts.
First of all, some personal news as a creator: I've been accepted into the EA Creator Network. which I'm really happy for and can't wait to see what opportunities will arise in the future as a result. ❤️

I've released a couple of new mods in the past few days as well:
Home Station (Early Access - Requires Parenthood)
A smart home Tablet for Sims based on the Lin-z Speaker. It functions as a burglar alarm, fire prevention system, and thermostat. Sims can also adjust lights, listen to music, set alarm clocks, set curfew or socialize with the AI Assistant (rename and more!)
Expanded Will Selection (Requires Life & Death)
When Sims get a will, they can decide what kind of gravestone or urn they would like. With this mod, Sims can choose from almost 100 designs!
If you hate Robin looking at an object for 10 minutes before stealing it, then this mod is for you! Reduces the time of the burglar looking at an object to maximum 3 minutes! This makes the whole situation more dynamic!
This mod overrides the generic swipe animation sims use when they steal an object. From now on, they use the burglar stealing animation!

Sorry for the late reply, I have created a Google Sheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mK89bwljC9Lw_lfHtKX23wMPf29AwBQQ1N6KHYgoHsU/edit?usp=sharing) for better tracking. I've been quite busy irl in the past couple of weeks, but I'll be back soon with some exciting mod updates.

Congratulations that's awesome!! If not a bother (not sure where to ask) are all other mods that aren't on this list compatible with current patch (for instance, I'm wondering status of Community Bike mod as it wasn't on the updated mods list so wasn't sure if that meant it needs an update still or that it is compatible/doesn't need an update). Thank you SO much for your help and all that you do and congratulations once again! :)

Maybe you can incorporate blinds that go up and down with sunrise/sunset...love the sun during day but hate the pesky neighbors window-peeping at night:)

Hi. I just checked his mod and yes and no. Yes, because both are based on the Smart Speaker from the game, and no, as his mod is a simple override plus different objects for clocks, thermostat etc, while Home Station has everything in one object. It has 9-in-1 functionality as it's a burglar alarm fire prevention tool, alarm clock, stereo, curfew setter, thermostat etc.

Was checking out the new Home Station...is this similar to Arnie's Luminova mod? Love all of your mods and highly recommend your Aviodora to all my fellow Sims players. I love the open-world concept and the variety of things to do. Still trying to figure out all the stuff that is offered but love it just the same:)
