You're right about her being a good actress. John Cleese always said that Joan Sanderson (Mrs Richards) was in real life one of the nicest people he ever met. He couldn't believe how she could play such an awful woman so convincingly

Are you ever going to revisit The Office? Ie Season 2 (plus the 2nd Christmas Special)? Or did it not really appeal to you?
