Here we go for February!
🕑 Added 2022-02-10 02:19:53 +0000 UTCI used the Bierstick you might have seen on my IG story a lot right when I first got it. I had a feeding where I was stuffed but still used it 3 times to get in shakes after already feeling stuffed. Needless to say, I was ready to pop and felt rough for the next few hours as I slowly recovered from it all and my stomach went from painfully full to just uncomfortable. It was the most intense fill up I've probably ever had.
So while that was great for stretching my capacity, it made the thought of drinking any more shakes impossible for the next few days and even trying to eat was a struggle. I think I just scared my body too badly and had to chill for a while until it dropped its guard again and my appetite returned. So let my little flight too close to the sun be a warning and gain with a steady approach every day instead of going too hard and benching yourself like I did. But after a few days, that faded, and I was back to eating and chugging again.
Also, this past weekend I met up with a couple guys for a weekend of big eating. It was with CaliBulk3 and Phatter_XL . He said when he gets some time in the next couple days, he'll send me the footage from it so that should be here by this weekend. Also up next is a compilation of all the clips taken in the past week and put together. You can see the shake that disabled me and also the first time I used the Bierstick and it blasted all over me. Nothing like getting waterboarded with gainer shake to wake you up.
This weekend I'll dive into the messages and return all of them and we can resume normal operations. I have some requests to take care of and I plan on meeting up again next month with the guys and we can make some more content together. I'm excited for it, I love gainer stuff with multiple people and I know that's something often requested.
TL;DR: I filled myself up too far, killed my eating for a while. It's back now.
