Futa is an abbreviation of Futanari, which is a Japanese word and Futa means the number two.
Futanari is derived from the fact that they have two genitals.

Nope, shemale and futa are two very different things. Shemales are trannies and futas are not. Futa is by default female biologically while having a fully functioning male genitalia. The term that is used in English that is closest to futa would be dickgirl. Yes, literally a girl with a dick.
