Yes, she does look a bit like WoD Tieflings. But with Baali, the bottom line is that they can look very different, like ordinary people or completely inhuman creatures. All these horns, tails, wing, additional limbs and so on, these are not their innate traits, but the attributes with which they are marked by demons for using their infernal gifts and powers
