🕑 Added 2025-03-02 19:18:04 +0000 UTCgood news everyone! tablet up and running again. credit where it was due, my old, very cheap wacom lasted a good 5+ years, and frankly was in need of a replacement before my hand was forced on it. thanks so much to everyone who put in a comm request, retweeted the post etc etc. with that all said, i decided to finish up something i actually started on the old tablet. here's what i had originally wrote:
i was terribly saddened to hear of david lynch's passing earlier this year. you might not've guessed it, but he was and is a huge inspiration to me as an artist, and a filmmaker who i've been a huge fan of for several years now. i thought it only fair to pay homage both in a way i think he'd like to be remembered and fitting for the art i post here: surrounded by beautiful women.
if you get the chance, i highly recommend pretty much all his films, but in particular mulholland drive, blue velvet and if you have a lot more time on your hands, and twin peaks (the whole thing in release order).

David Lynch and Twin Peaks has influenced so much stuff that I've grown to love over the years I should really sit down and watch it
