Could Cream and Pyron eventually have a child like Eve and Glycon?

I want to see what you guys think would be the best possible course for this to happen. Keep in mind that this is just to see the best way and that I said it wouldn't be happening for quite a while.
EDIT: Oops... The second option was supposed to be "Race Change" not chance... It means that she would be changed from a mortal to a dragon. Please check your choice if that's what you picked.

That's one of the reasons why I don't really want to do that. I was thinking the egg splicing route would be the one that works best.

If & when Cream becomes a Moth Dragon, it's going to raise many more questions about her past that she'll want to pursue answers to. That will be something that needs to be addressed.
