I was able to figure it out lol, looks like paramount galore was altering the texture of my mod so once I disable it, the dirt effect was there. Thanks for the help.

How to disable / change hp requirement: ------------- Go to folder 93003 Open _conditions.txt Line "IsActorValuePercentageLessThan(24, 0.6)" Delete it or change 0.6 to a new value ;) If you delete it don't forget to delete " AND" in the line above

Please tell me how to get rid of the requirement to have 60% HP as the person above said! And I'm curious about the outfit too!

Is there a way to change the requirement that your hp has to be at 60% to activate beserk mode?
