I'd also like to add that I've been using DuckDNS for free for years and I have NEVER had any problems at all (you spoil us users :) so I certainly appreciate the awesome free service you provide and the non-profit philosophy. I do not want my posts to come off as complaints, as I have nothing but gratitude and respect for DuckDNS. So thanks and I hope to be quakin' my host names again as soon as you can fix this. Mahalo once again.

Hello again, the DNS issue is happening again when using Spectrum DNS servers 209.18.47.62 and 209.18.47.61. If I use 8.8.8.8 DNS then duckdns.org resolves, but judging from a few days ago when this happened, I'm guessing soon Google's DNS will no longer work too. I still get error when attempting to go to Google Groups link on the main DuckDNS.org page so I am resorting to this post. You never did tell me what was wrong with the DNS before, now that it is happening again, maybe you could be a little more verbose about this issue, perhaps a little more info could be helpful to us users.

Can't ping "subdomains".duckdns.org anymore using 8.8.8.8 DNS, I guess I'll stop bugging you now, if anyone cares to look into this, I'm logged in with my gmail, let me know.

Update, now I'm having intermittent failures resolving duckdns.org even on google's public DNS 8.8.8.8. I cannot reach duckdns.org website for a while, then I can seconds later.

Maybe I will very briefly post this problem: My Spectrum DNS servers no longer resolve duckdns.org domain names. If I switch to google's DNS 8.8.8.8, then duckdns.org resolves. It started yesterday and I have contacted Spectrum and they are able to replicate the problem on their end and are supposedly working on a resolution, but they are taking their time, it's been well over 24hrs and the problem persists. Would you guys/gals have any input on this?

Hi, how can I contact someone at Duckdns? Is this page the only way? I am having a DNS issue with Spectrum/Comcast and I would like to ask a DuckDNS tech about it. How can I do that?
