I can’t really think of any films that I have gone from absolutely hating to loving since I was younger, but there are definitely a few that I’ve come to appreciate a lot more. I first watched Alien when I was getting into film, and I thought it was just pretty good. Now, it’s in my top five!

it’s not a film but I didn’t understand The Boondocks when that was on tv because I was too young to really get the jokes. rewatching as an adult I got such a deep profound appreciation that I never got when I was younger.
