Slideshow Player: Pagination support and new music source

I've implemented pagination support for all image and music sources. Plugins can now make multiple requests to receive additional pages, whereas previously there was only one request and you only got the maximum results per page from each source. This allows for more submissions to be pulled and curated, resulting in greater counts and higher quality content.
I have also implemented a secondary music source next to CCMixter. It was very difficult to find a service with a compatible API, but thankfully HearThis has just such a thing! https://hearthis.at offers a load of new music for the player, further improving the experience of your slideshows.
Several bugs were also fixed, and there should no longer be undesired results when messing with the settings while a slideshow is running. Go ahead and try out the new player, and let me know what you think or if you find any issues worth mentioning!
