Honestly (super delayed response) but Discord is also really good. They have a voice chat option, which also allows for webcams I'm pretty sure

You could probably set up a Discord server and give out invites via PM. Just stream it with OBS.

Zoom, potentially. Not sure what the exactly the free version offers but I think it allows a "meeting" style conference (1 speaker, picks other people to speak if chooses) for up to 100 people.
