Patreon sales tax
🕑 Added 2020-05-16 16:49:54 +0000 UTCHi guys, patreon notified me that they will implement new sales tax on patron pledges starting July 1st. This will affect patrons based on their location. They also said they will implement tools for the creator to adjust tax setting and could save you guys some taxes (I don't know how it will work yet as they haven't released it).
I don't want you guys to pay more than you already have so if more than half of you are affected and if you guys want me to, I'm willing to move to another platforms.

That's great, personally I don't really want to move but if the majority of patrons want them I understand.

Well, I live in Georgia (the U.S. State), so I don't have to worry about paying a sales tax for Patreon right now. But if you think you have to go to another funding platform, like I've said before, just let me know.

Patron well send emails to those who are affected on June the first I think. Well have to see.
