Sketches while on break + UPDATES
🕑 Added 2023-10-26 14:41:22 +0000 UTCI got a little sick and have prolonged headaches so I'm currently taking a lil break until the end of the week where I open a little commissions to pay some needs! But I'm still sketching some stuff so I don't forget how to paint haha!
Anyway, I think a break is quite fitting since my main pages (@syalanko on twitter, and my tumblr blogs) are currently shadowbanned, so while waiting for those to get fixed, might as well rest
I got a little tips that to help characterize your OCs, you can just redraw them on memes, it might help, so I took the tips and sketch my OC! if you guys don't know these are sundfor and koko. Although, I recolor sundfor so the color is more easier, tho now that I put him next to koko, his color kind of too similar isnt it? But green (complementary to red purple) is too unnatural (but so is red for wolves lol. Might go for another recolor before I start making reference sheet for him
I also tried learning Izzy Hands from OFMD. I've been obsessed with it! Have you finished watching S2? I ended up not able to draw him correctly, and this is as far as I can go? I need more studying of human face so I can properly do portraits, esp human ones
in the mean time while im on break, did you know that all posts and 4K files from this year are not regularly removed, so you can still access it as long as you're subscribed? you can go check them out, some are actually never posted in public (i forgot which one tho) so be sure to check them out!
btw i'm still taking suggestions that you can give on Discord channel #patreon-suggestion-box (link should work if you have joined the server). I'm not sure what's gonna be on next month's poll, so if you want me to draw anybody, just drop it in there! I got a request to draw Bandit Heeler from Bluey so that one is on my list, I'm also thinking of doing more Vikdecai and want to draw Mr Wolf and Death together since, surprisingly, I haven't drawn them together!? so they're on my list as well.
what do you think? let me know!
