Cuddy strode down the corridor, her high heels clicking against the polished floor like the beat of a metronome. She held her head high, her demeanour radiating authority and control. As she rounded the corner, she caught sight of House leaning casually against the wall, a smirk playing on his lips.
Cuddy: "House." - she greeted, her tone clipped and businesslike.
House: "Cuddy." - he replied, his voice laced with a hint of mischief.
Their exchanges were always a battleground, a verbal sparring match where each sought to gain the upper hand. Today, however, Cuddy was in no mood for House's antics.
Cuddy: "I need those reports on the latest case." - she said, her eyes narrowing with impatience.
House shrugged, a sardonic smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
House: "You'll get them when you wash your feet. They reek – and you know it."
Her favourite high heels looked terrific but were uncomfortable, making her feet very smelly. Numerous times, she's caught staff members and patients making a face when she walked past them. They should either accept the potent natural odour of female feet or learn to hold their breaths for long periods of time.
She used the smell of her feet as a weapon against House – she had discovered some time ago that his nose was susceptible to such smells and could be used to torment him when he misbehaved too badly.
Cuddy's patience wore thin.
Cuddy: "House, this isn't a game. Lives are at stake."
House's expression hardened, his blue eyes flashing with defiance.
House: "Oh, spare me the melodrama, Cuddy. You're not fooling anyone."
The tension between them crackled like electricity in the air, their words cutting like knives. Cuddy fought to maintain her composure, but she seethed with frustration inside. House was relentless, his obstinance a constant thorn in her side.
Cuddy: "You're impossible. Mark my words, you WILL regret it." - she spat, turning on her heel to leave.
House: "You're insufferable. And I highly doubt it." – he shot back, his voice echoing down the corridor.
Their confrontation left a bitter taste in the air. For Lisa, the line between professionalism and personal vendetta blurred after this confrontation. She made up her mind.
Cuddy: "Ooh, Gregory House, you silly man. You don't know what you have just unleashed upon yourself." – she smirked as she imagined how she would re-educate that naughty man.
Next day
Everything changed when House found himself shrunk down to a size of a couple of inches at most.
Panic surged through him as he realized the enormity of his plight. He was a tiny speck in a world of giants.
As House stumbled through the hospital, his diminutive stature a stark contrast to the towering walls around him, he knew he needed help. And there was only one person he could turn to – Cuddy.
Making his way to her office was difficult – he tried staying close to the wall to avoid being crushed under numerous giant feet. He had to constantly hold his breath as the smell of feet was amplified for him in his current shrunken state.
It took him what felt like hours; finally, House made it to Cuddy's office, his heart pounding like a jackhammer in his chest due to physical exertion, fear and having to inhale rancid air. With a hesitant knock, he announced his presence, hoping against hope that she would hear him. He knew it was stupid; of course, she wouldn't hear him when he was so small, but he dared hope that a miracle would happen.
To House's astonishment, the door swung open, revealing Cuddy's colossal form looming above him like a titan. Her eyes twinkled in delight as she took in the sight of the miniature House standing before her.
Cuddy: "What a lovely surprise! You actually survived manoeuvring the corridors all by yourself! I was planning on coming to collect you in a few hours. So, you had enough courage to take the dangerous journey to my office! Come, come. Don't just stand there!" - she exclaimed, her voice echoing like thunder.
House was shocked. How did she know all this? Something fishy was going on…
House: "What…? How did you know…? What's going on….?" - his voice barely a whisper in the room's vastness.
Cuddy's expression softened; her towering presence was still intimating.
Cuddy: "Yes, it was me who shrunk you down. And yes, only I can undo it. Therefore, you will do whatever I tell you to now, or I may just decide to keep you in this form forever. I've got a lot of smelly shoes which would do nicely as your new home."
House blenched. How was this even possible? Did he overdose? Was this all just a nightmare? But if what she said was true, his only salvation was to obey Cuddy. She needs his skills; she won't just turn him into some twisted version of a pet!
Suddenly, without hesitation, Cuddy sprang into action, her movements deliberate and purposeful as she took off her high heels. Then she sat down by the wall.
House couldn't stop gagging as the amplified stench of the Giantesse's massive feet hit his nose. He swayed on his feet, trying desperately to get used to the dangerous air toxicity levels.
Suddenly, a gentle poke accompanied by a horrid stench got his attention. Petrified, he discovered that Lisa poked him with her massive, stinky big toe! He suddenly felt a rush of undiluted fear as the toe seemed capable of crushing him with a mere flick of her toe. It would be so easy for her to end him here and now.
Cuddy: "Come, House. Approach my feet. They bite only…. when provoked! Or when I feel like it." – she winked mischievously as though they were having another verbal sparring match. But this time, it was different! Perhaps it wasn't serious for her – after all, she was safe and unthreatened – but for him, it could easily be a life-or-death situation! Not to mention the nauseating, ever-present stench of unwashed feet constantly assaulting all of his senses.
House gingerly approached, each step forward being a mental fight. The particularly toxic gas seems to be coming from between her toes. His mind fogged the closer he got to her giant feet. In the end, it felt like his brain just stopped working – all he could focus on was the horrible, horrible stench.
As he gazed up close at her feet, he could see clearly that her well-looked-after feet weren't as well-looked after as they appeared when he was his usual size. He could clearly see the dead skin, ready to come off. Tiny skin blemishes and dirt. Her soles were dirty, which made sense, considering the filthy floor.
House watched in awe - he couldn't help but marvel at Cuddy's grace as she kept spreading her toes apart. That part of her body was so flexible; it was incredible! He realized she was fanning the stinky air towards him at that moment using her toes. He recoiled in disgust, backing away slightly. Suddenly, her foot found herself above him, threatening to crush his tiny body.
Cuddy: "Ah ah. No moving. You will accept the gift of my natural female foot odour gracefully. Or you will be crushed. I may crush you gently like a disobedient pet who needs a correction – it would be painful, but you would survive and still be functional enough to serve me. Or I may just end you if you annoy me too much. Don't provoke me – you'll never know which one I'm going for until it's too late. You don't want me to use too much force on your tiny body, do you?"
The severity of the situation he has found himself in suddenly hit him. Defeated, he sobbed quietly, approaching the massive foot, letting the hot, stinky air hit him. It kind of felt nice, like having a relaxing time in the sauna. Except the air was toxic.
The massive foot stayed above him – a constant reminder and a threat.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Cuddy stood back, a triumphant smile gracing her features as she looked at the tiny House. He gazed up at her, a newfound respect and a healthy dose of fear swelling within him.
House: "Thank you, Cuddy." - he said, his voice tinged with sincerity. He wasn't even sure what he was thanking her for. Perhaps for not crushing him and letting him live another day? His brain felt like it's been scrambled by the prolonged exposure to the poisoned air.
Cuddy's smile widened, her eyes sparkling with warmth.
Cuddy: "Anytime, House. Just try not to cross me again, okay? Your reckless behaviour has consequences; this time, you've gone too far. But don't worry, I will help you fix that bad attitude of yours."
House's facade cracked, a flicker of concern crossing his features. Was this not the end of the torment?
House: "What are you going to do to me? Surely I've been punished sufficiently… It's time to unshrink me now."
Cuddy leaned forward, her massive form towering even more over his tiny body.
Cuddy: "No, House. That would be too easy. You wouldn't learn anything if I let you go too quickly. Instead, I'm going to make you suffer. By the time I'm done with you, you'll learn to love and crave the smell of my feet."
House's brow furrowed in confusion, but before he could protest, Cuddy's massive foot moved to step on him. He hunched over himself in a futile attempt to protect his body from certain death, but Cuddy mercifully spread her toes apart- now House was enclosed in the space between the big toe and the second toe.
Her massive toes gently squeezed his tiny body, holding it in place. She put her high heels back on her feet, House still held tightly between the toes. All he could see was the darkness of the inside of the high heel, and all he could feel and smell was the squeeze and occasional twitch of Cuddy's toes and the horrible, toxic, ever-present foot stench. Try as hard as he could; no amount of struggling or trying to get away worked – he was stuck in that smelly, dirty, sweaty high heel. He could only guess that in the meantime, Cuddy returned to work as though nothing weird had ever happened.
Sometime later
House lost count of the days. When Cuddy was working, he was kept in her current footwear. He was trained to stay in one position – she was always unhappy if she found him in any other position he was initially in.
House found it extremely difficult to hold still in her shoe for such long periods – he even suggested that she just tapes him to the surface, but she didn't like the idea – apparently, it would be too easy for House, and where's the fun if he doesn't struggle!
As the days turned into weeks, House begrudgingly fulfilled his numerous duties, his mind churning with resentment. He was supposed to always massage or lick her feet when in the shoe.
Occasionally, she would take him out of there to play with him by pretending to want to crush him. He was responsible for keeping her soles sparkless clean – he ate all the dead skin. He cleaned the dirt from under the toenails. He drank all the foot sweat.
He didn't know how long his life had lasted as Cuddy's personal foot thing. Months? Years? He couldn't tell; his perception of time was messed up.
Over time, he realizes there is merit in Cuddy's punishment. Perhaps, for once, he needed to learn that he wasn't above the rules. That he is nothing without her magnificent feet are her life guidance. He should obey – leave the thinking for his superiors and be a good tool.
And so, finally, the time came when he returned to his normal size.
House: "Thank you, my Goddess. If I may ask… How long did I have the privilege of serving your beautiful feet?"
Cuddy smiled, looking down at the form of naked House kneeling before her.
Cuddy: "A month, House. Remember that I can easily make it much longer if your bad behaviour returns. I expect you to be in my office every day after you're done with work – my feet still need to be worshipped." – she said softly, presenting her foot to her slave.
House: "Never, my Goddess. I only want to serve and be useful. I am nothing without you." – he leaned forward, kissing the majestic, aromatic-smelling foot. "Thank you, you're so kind and generous. Your wish is my command. I can’t wait to worshipping you in my original form, Goddess."
