Gulliver is such a lucky boy! He's been allowed to serve as the Queen's personal foot servant! Unfortunately, this position is highly in demand - many tiny people attempt to immigrate to the Kingdom of Brobdingnag just to be trampled by her massive, gorgeous feet! The chosen few - those who have passed the harsh foot stench tolerance test and displayed impressive skills in foot serving - were given the privilege of serving the Queen's feet. Gulliver has been assigned to the space between the first and the second toe of her right foot. He can't leave his post, all he can do is worship those massive two toes. He's still getting used to the "all-you-can-find" foot gunk buffet diet. He is a good boy, every day trying to improve his skills, hoping to one day impress her with his licking ability - perhaps then he'll be promoted to the space between other toes. The competition is fierce - the Queen usually uses 8 tinies simultaneously - one tiny per toe space. Gulliver doesn't know her big secret - he's her favourite and she's falling in love with his foot-worshipping skills - she'll probably never let him leave.
As for the other immigrant tinies who didn't pass the Queen's test - they can either voluntarily give themselves away as slaves and hope that a gorgeous huge lady is going to buy them to worship her feet or they can beg the passing giant ladies to give them some food in exchange for cleaning their feet or allowing them to trample their tiny little bodies. No tiny would survive without a kind, giant lady looking after them - after all, food and accommodation aren't free, the tinies are just unable to make money themselves.
Some tinies question the logic of staying in a place where they are totally dependent on the giantess ladies for survival. But that train of thought disappears as quickly as it appears. There is a rumour that some of the tinies were somehow lured into coming here and then hypnotized but there is no proof. And a lot of tinies are absolutely sure that they chose this voluntarily and that this is exactly what they want - to worship amazing giant female feet.
